Ho Tram Beach has another project worth over 1 billion USD

On May 15, The Grand Ho Tram held a groundbreaking ceremony for a new 35-hectare subdivision at Ho Tram beach (Xuyen Moc district, Ba Ria - Vung Tau).

This new subdivision has a total investment of more than 1 billion USD, including a 5-star hotel system, resort villas, entertainment facilities, casino, international conference and exhibition center with more than 6,000 rooms serving about 18,000 guests per day.

This is part of the overall project of The Grand Ho Tram and contributes to raising the total investment capital of the project to more than 4 billion USD, with a scale of 9,000 rooms, becoming the leading international resort in Southeast Asia.

The project integrates comprehensive health care and treatment centers, diverse sports and entertainment centers, family entertainment areas and international standard event and conference centers (MICE). The project also brings together world-class amenities such as the world-class The Bluffs golf course, the only Las Vegas-style casino in the South, and prestigious hotel brands: InterContinental Grand Ho Tram, Holiday Inn Resort Ho Tram Beach and Ixora Ho Tram by Fusion.

The Grand Ho Tram's leadership said that this expansion project is not only a strategic step forward for The Grand Ho Tram, but also demonstrates Warburg Pincus' sustainable commitment to Vietnam's economic growth, especially in the tourism and resort sector.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Tho, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, said that the province always considers tourism as one of the important economic pillars of the locality. The implementation of the above project is the result of close and effective coordination between the government and enterprises for national and international projects.

With its prime location and outstanding development potential, Ho Tram is an attractive destination for domestic and foreign tourists.
