In its development orientation, Quang Ninh province has persistently transformed its development method from “brown” to “green”, and restructured its economy to develop sustainably. In addition to breakthrough solutions, infrastructure development strategies; institutional building, administrative reform and human resource training, Quang Ninh province has had the early support of large economic groups and strategic investors, typically BIM Group, on the journey to turn “hot” growth into “green” growth.
