Binh Dinh prepares to auction more than 200 land lots with prices starting from 3.6 million VND/m2

Accordingly, in early November 2023, Dong Duong Joint Stock Auction Company will organize an auction for 54 land lots in the residential area east of Nguyen Van Linh Street (Binh Dinh Ward, An Nhon Town, Binh Dinh Province). This is a land fund under the management of the An Nhon Town Land Fund Development and Investment Project Management Board.

The area of the lots put up for auction ranges from 191.2 to 465.9 square meters. The starting price ranges from 11.7 to 18.3 million VND/square meter; equivalent to over 2.7 billion to over 8.5 billion VND/lot.

In addition, there are 67 land lots in the residential area west of the inter-ward road from Binh Dinh to Nhon Hung in Binh Dinh and Nhon Hung wards (An Nhon town) and 37 land lots in the residential area adjacent to the N4A residential area extending to the west (Nhon Hung ward, An Nhon town) to be auctioned at the same time.

These plots of land are urban residential land, with long-term use, with plot areas ranging from 100 - 185.7m2. Starting prices range from 9.5 - 15.6 million VND/m2, equivalent to over 1.1 billion to over 2.1 billion VND/plot.

The auction and price announcement will take place at the Minh Khai area headquarters (Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street, Binh Dinh ward, An Nhon town). The remaining lots that have no bidders or are invalid or ineligible for auction will be held every Sunday after November 12.

In addition, this auction unit also organized the auction of the right to use 58 land lots which are the assets of the Project Management Board for Investment, Construction and Land Fund Development of An Lao District. These are urban land lots, located in the residential area of Hamlet 2 (An Lao Town, An Lao District), with an area of 130.2 - 159.1m2. The starting price is from 3.6 - 4.2 million VND/m2, equivalent to 491 million VND to more than 771 million VND/lot.

Previously, the Binh Dinh Economic Zone Management Board also announced the selection of an asset auction organization to auction land use rights to implement the Southwest Urban Area project in Nhon Ly commune and the Residential Area 05 project in Point 3, land fund along the extended economic zone axis.

The Southwest Urban Area Project of Nhon Ly Commune has an area of 213,140.56 m2, belonging to the planning of Nhon Hoi Tourist Urban Area (Sub-area 03). The starting price for auctioning land use rights to implement the Southwest Urban Area Project of Nhon Ly Commune is more than 639 billion VND.

Particularly for Residential Area 05 project in Point 3, the land fund along the extended economic zone axis road has an area of 58,115.71 m2, located in Cat Tien town, Phu Cat district, Nhon Hoi economic zone. The starting price for auctioning the land use rights to implement Residential Area 05 project in Point 3, the land fund along the extended economic zone axis road is more than 163 billion VND.

Since the beginning of 2023, the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province has issued a decision approving the land use rights auction plan to generate provincial budget revenue from land use fees in 2023 for land funds managed by the province.
Accordingly, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center was assigned to auction 691 land lots and plots, with a total area of 22.59 hectares; it is expected to auction 172 land lots and plots with an area of 15.74 hectares, with a total value of about 800 billion VND.
The Provincial Land Clearance Board auctioned 1,079 lots and plots of land with a total area of 19.12 hectares; it is expected to implement 285 lots and plots of land with an area of 4.93 hectares, with a total value of about 450 billion VND.
The Provincial Economic Zone Management Board auctioned 899 land lots, with an area of 14.63 hectares; it is expected to implement 217 lots and plots of land with an area of 3.72 hectares, with a total value of about 593,954 billion VND.
