Binh Luc improves the quality of propaganda and political and ideological education

Implementing resolutions, directives, conclusions and guiding documents of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Commission, and the District Party Committee on improving the quality of propaganda and political and ideological education, especially Resolution No. 04 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on strengthening the Party's leadership over ideological work in the new situation, in recent times, the Binh Luc District Party Committee has focused on leading and directing the improvement of the quality of propaganda and political and ideological education to bring the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws into social life. Thereby, gradually raising ideological awareness, creating consensus among cadres, party members, and people, contributing to the successful implementation of the district's targets and tasks in 2023 and the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term.

Specifically, in 2023, the district focused on directing and orienting the propaganda work of important political events; major holidays and anniversaries of the country, province, locality, traditional days of sectors and organizations... associated with the propaganda of socio -economic development targets and tasks of the province and district in 2023, focusing on disease prevention and control, building advanced new rural areas, civilized urban areas, site clearance for works and projects in the district.

At the same time, continue to propagate the mid-term results of implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term in many forms such as: Directing the Center for Culture, Information and Sports to organize the posting and broadcasting of 3,650 news and articles to propagate the mid-term review results of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term, the socio-economic development results of the country, province, district, the results of the National Assembly and People's Council sessions at all levels, the work of preventing and fighting epidemics, building new rural areas, advanced new rural areas, civilized urban areas, propagating the work of site clearance for works and projects in the district...

Propaganda and mobilization of cadres, party members, armed forces, students and the masses to participate in competitions such as: National Press Award on Party building; successfully organizing the contest to learn about the history of Binh Luc District Party Committee (1930-2020), I love the tradition of my homeland... the competitions have truly become extensive political activities, having the effect of educating traditions, political and ideological education for all cadres, party members, armed forces, students and people of all walks of life. The planning and organization of research, study, and implementation of directives, resolutions, and conclusions of the Central Committee and Party Committees at all levels must be serious and timely. In particular, the organization of discussions and development of action programs and plans for implementing directives and resolutions must be focused on. The percentage of Party members attending conferences to study, study, and implement resolutions must always be 98% or higher.

The results achieved have contributed to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots party organizations and cadres and party members, preventing ideological, moral and lifestyle degradation among cadres and party members, contributing to building a strong political system, promoting socio-economic development, ensuring security and defense, and maintaining political stability in the district.

Continuing to innovate and improve the quality and effectiveness of political and ideological education, actively contributing to combating signs of political, ideological, moral and lifestyle degradation among cadres and party members, strengthening the trust of cadres, party members and people of all walks of life in the leadership of the Party, management and administration of all levels of government, maintaining internal solidarity, creating increasingly high consensus in society, the Standing Committee of Binh Luc District Party Committee focuses on directing Party committees, authorities, branches, agencies and units in the district to strengthen political and ideological education, training of ethics and lifestyle for cadres and party members, considering this an extremely important and regular task of the entire political system and of each cadre and party member.

Along with that, continue to effectively direct the implementation of Conclusion No. 01 dated May 18, 2021 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05 dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo; Conclusion No. 21 dated October 25, 2021 of the 13th Party Central Committee on promoting Party building and rectification and the political system; resolutely prevent, repel, and strictly handle cadres and party members who have degraded in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation". Promote the pioneering and exemplary role in implementing the Regulations on what party members are not allowed to do, and the Regulations on exemplary responsibility of cadres and party members, especially key cadres at all levels.

Organize the evaluation of the results of the model of studying and following Uncle Ho to replicate effective models and deploy new models. Seriously and effectively deploy the study and follow of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in the 2024-2025 period in conjunction with continuing to effectively implement Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XI, XII), Conclusion 21 of the 13th Party Central Committee.

At the same time, continue to innovate and improve the quality of organizing the dissemination and study of Party directives and resolutions in a practical and effective manner. Raise awareness and serious attitude in studying, linking awareness with the work efficiency of the collective and individuals. Do a good job of political theory education, regularly disseminate and update new knowledge for cadres, party members and people; clarify new theoretical issues supplemented through party congresses and emerging issues to promptly orient the thinking of cadres, party members and people.

Strengthening the work of grasping and orienting public opinion; proactively fighting and refuting bad, toxic and untrue information on social networks. To improve the quality and effectiveness of propaganda and political and ideological education for cadres and party members in the entire Party, Binh Luc also continues to focus on building a team of cadres doing propaganda work at all levels, political theory lecturers with sufficient quantity, capacity, qualities and political courage; promoting the role and responsibility of the reporting team to ensure the successful completion of assigned tasks.
