According to the decision of the Standing Committee of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Vo Thanh Binh - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department was appointed to hold the position of Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee.

Mr. Vo Thanh Binh is 54 years old this year, and was the Secretary of Ham Tan District Party Committee. On April 1, 2023, Mr. Binh was transferred to the position of Head of the Propaganda Department of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025 until now.

The 5 Deputy Heads of the Board include Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hoa, Mr. Huynh Thai Duong, Mr. Nguyen Linh Nhon, Mr. Tran Nguyen Loc and Ms. Phan Thi Thanh Mai.

The Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee officially came into operation from February 3, 2025. The functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Provincial Party Committee are implemented according to the regulations of the Standing Committee of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee.

Regarding the organizational structure, the leadership of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee has 1 Head and 5 Deputy Heads. The Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Provincial Party Committee has 5 specialized departments, including the Office of the Department, the Information - Propaganda - Press Department, the Department of Political Theory - Party History - Science - Education - Culture and Arts, the Department of Mass Mobilization of State Agencies, Ethnicity and Religion, the Department of Mass Organizations and Associations (reducing 1 specialized department compared to the number of departments of the 2 agencies before the merger).

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Binh Thuan province emphasized that the establishment of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee on the basis of merging the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee is very important in order to implement the policy of streamlining the organizational apparatus, thereby improving the quality of Party building and mass mobilization work of the Provincial Party Committee.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department to urgently stabilize the internal organization of the agency, pay attention to clearly defining the functions and tasks of each affiliated department, soon put the agency into stable operation, and maximize the capacity and strengths of the agency's staff. At the conference, Mr. Dang Hong Sy - Standing Deputy Secretary of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee presented decisions of the Standing Committee of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee on personnel work.

Specifically, Mr. Dang Hong Sy handed over the decision to cease participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and cease holding the position of Secretary of Bac Binh District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025 to Mr. Cao Son Dung - Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of Bac Binh District Party Committee to arrange other work from February 3, 2025.

Decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Do Thai Duong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Bac Binh District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.

Mr. Dang Hong Sy - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Binh Thuan province presented the decision to Mr. Do Thai Duong.

Previously, in August 2024, the Standing Committee of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce Decision No. 1809/QD-TU, dated August 23, 2024 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Do Thai Duong - Director of the Department of Home Affairs to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, from August 24, 2024.

In addition, on February 3, the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province held a conference on personnel work and decided to appoint the position of Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Binh Thuan province.

At the ceremony, the leaders of the Department of Home Affairs announced Decision No. 156/QD-UBND dated January 22, 2025 of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province on accepting Mr. Cao Son Dung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Bac Binh District Party Committee to work at the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, appointing him to the position of Director of this department for a term of 5 years.

Mr. Tran Nguyen Loc - Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment has been assigned and arranged other tasks by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

In addition, the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province also announced Decision No. 157/QD-UBND, dated January 22, 2025 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Phan Duong Cuong - Director of the Department of Construction to hold the position of Head of the Management Board of Binh Thuan Industrial Parks, the term of appointment is 5 years.

Mr. Cao Son Dung, 51 years old, was the Director of the Department of Construction of Binh Thuan province. In December 2022, the Standing Committee of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee decided to transfer Mr. Cao Son Dung to join the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Bac Binh District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.

Previously, the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province had announced and guided the implementation of the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus of specialized agencies at the provincial and district levels and public service units under the People's Committee of the province according to Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW.
