An international driving license is a driving license with the English name International Driving Permit, hereinafter referred to as IDP.
International driving license sample
IDP is a book of A6 size (148 mm x 105 mm), with security symbol, grey cover, white inner pages according to the form specified in Appendix XV issued with this Circular.
Page 1 (cover page) contains basic information of the IDP printed in both Vietnamese and English; page 2 stipulates the scope of use of the IDP printed in both Vietnamese and English; page 3 stipulates the declaration of the driver and IDP classification printed in Vietnamese; page 4 is left blank; page 5 stipulates the declaration of the driver and IDP classification printed in English; page 6 stipulates the declaration of the driver and IDP classification printed in Russian; page 7 stipulates the declaration of the driver and IDP classification printed in Spanish; page 8 stipulates the declaration of the driver and IDP classification printed in French; page 9 stipulates the class of vehicle to be driven printed in French.
The IDP number consists of the national identification code of Vietnam for international traffic, VN, and the following 12 digits are the national driving license number.
