Dak Lak Border Guard has 2 soldiers honored at the program, including: Professional soldier Major Nguyen Thi Thanh Nga, President of the Women's Union of Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard (former) and Lieutenant Colonel Dang Thi Hong, President of the Women's Union of Phu Yen Provincial Border Guard (former).

She actively mobilized the organization of 9 programs "Border Moon" and "Border - Full Moon Night", giving away 2,550 Mid-Autumn gifts, worth over 600 million VND; 6 programs "Warm Fire Stove for Patients" cooking 2,750 rice and porridge meals for patients and their relatives at hospitals in the province, with a total cost of 60 million VND.
