The emulation movement will be deployed and organized from 2025 to 2030. The key content is to strengtheneducation and propaganda work, creating a strong change in awareness and responsibility for Party committees, commanders, officers and soldiers on innovation in thinking, digital transformation, scientific and technological development, innovation, innovation in leadership and management methods and operating models, command and control of agencies and units from "traditional" to digital space, based on digital data.
The unit will promote the application of new mobile technologies 5G, 6G and next generations to meet the requirements of digital transformation in each stage and in all situations. Compete to implement solutions to ensure information security, network security, information technology equipment serving digital transformation in agencies and units, as a basis to firmly protect territorial sovereignty , national border security on digital platforms and cyberspace.

An Giang Provincial Border Guard has widely deployed the "Digital Literacy for All" movement with the goal of universalizing basic digital knowledge and skills for 100% of officers and soldiers by 2026.
From 2027 to 2030, 100% of officers and soldiers will master digital transformation, such as: Mastering a number of strategic technologies, digital technology, artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), big data, semiconductors, electronic technology, nano... a number of emerging technologies; striving for the Provincial Border Guard Command to be one of the leading units in the Border Guard force and the Provincial Military Command in digital transformation.
At the ceremony, representatives of the agencies signed an emulation agreement, expressing their determination to successfully implement the contents and targets of the movement. The Provincial Border Guard Command called on all officers and soldiers to promote the spirit of solidarity, creativity, proactively study, improve professional qualifications, contribute to building an increasingly strong Provincial Border Guard force, excellently completing all assigned tasks, contributing to firmly protecting the territorial sovereignty, security of the sea and island borders of the Fatherland in the new situation.
