Comrade Vi Duong Tien, Secretary and Chief of Chan village, excitedly said: "We are looking forward to the arrival of the army. The army of Brigade 215 is the first unit to come to our village. To reach the localities of Tuong Duong commune, we had to use 8 small boats to transport people and goods to help the people in the village...".

Immediately after arriving at the scene, officers and soldiers of Brigade 215 organized dredging of mud and soil, clearing sewers in the area of 60 flooded households.
