Masew teams up with Doublev2T on "Xập Xình Xập Xình," promising another big hit with a blend of familiar and fresh entertainment.

On the evening of October 17th, music producer Masew officially released his new music video titled "Xập Xình Xập Xình". The project features the winner of Rap Viet 2023 - Double2T and Tuan Cry. "Xập Xình Xập Xình" continues to showcase Masew's ability to combine music with ethnic culture. Accordingly, the music in "Xập Xình Xập Xình" is cheerful, with a festive highland atmosphere that makes listeners want to dance.
Producer Masew shared that when creating this song, his wish was for listeners to experience the intersection between rap and national culture.
Through his music, the artist aims to convey a modern, joyful national spirit while remaining connected to tradition. This is also the journey Masew has pursued for many years.
This time, the male producer is teaming up with Double2T again, promising to make a big impression after their hit "À Lôi". Double2T shared that he lost his inspiration for songwriting and music production after Rap Viet.
"Xập Xình" is the song that rekindled his artistic spirit. Double2T shared: "After 'À Lôi,' this is probably the second official product that I've collaborated on with Masew. This time, there's also a bit of Northern Vietnamese folk melodic music from my friend Tuan Cry. Hopefully, it will be a familiar yet new treat for music listeners."

"Xập Xình Xập Xình" was filmed in Pa Sỹ and Măng Đen in Kon Tum province. Although they didn't go all the way to the northern mountainous region, or to Double2T's house like in "À Lôi," the crew still skillfully used costumes and details familiar to and authentically "mountainous people."
Additionally, Masew and Double2T wanted to share beautiful images of the Central Highlands with traditional longhouses and suspension bridges in the music video "Xap Xinh Xap Xinh". In 2023, the collaboration between Masew and Double2T resulted in the hit song "A Loi" which dominated social media.
Accordingly, "À Lôi" garnered over 12 million views on YouTube after just two weeks of release, climbing straight to the top of the trending charts and far surpassing the songs below it. Notably, "À Lôi" achieved over 1 million video creations on TikTok in a short period of time.
"Because I like you so much, I ended up saying 'ah, I love you'" - this has become a catchphrase among many young people.

With the collaboration of hitmakers, audiences are also expecting "Xập Xình Xập Xình" to "repeat history" as it possesses all the elements of a hit song. Furthermore, the special vocal contribution from Tuấn Cry surprised fans, as he, a native of Bắc Ninh, the land of Quan Họ folk music, performed the Northern mountainous region's music so smoothly.
Regarding Masew, he has had many projects incorporating cultural elements that have been warmly received by the audience, such as: "Mời Trầu" (Inviting Betel), "Ái Nộ" (Love and Wrath), "Ép Duyên" (Forced Marriage), and most famously, the hit song "Thị Mầu" (by Hòa Minzy)…
"Xập Xình Xập Xình" is the first song on the album to be released later this year by this producer born in 1996.
