With the official announcement of the identity set for National Digital Transformation Day on October 10, 2025, in order to strongly spread the spirit of digital transformation to the whole society, the Ministry of Science and Technology requests agencies, organizations and individuals to use the identity set to serve communication activities and events nationwide.

With the theme “Digital transformation: Faster, more efficient, closer to the people”, the Ministry of Science and Technology expects this year’s identity to become a unified symbol, helping communication activities and response events nationwide to be synchronous, easily recognizable and widely spread in the community.

The identity set is posted on the National Digital Transformation Portal at: https://dx.gov.vn, creating favorable conditions for ministries, branches, localities, organizations and enterprises to exploit and use it during the peak month of digital transformation communication.

According to Decision No. 505/QD-TTg dated April 22, 2022 of the Prime Minister, October 10 of each year is chosen as National Digital Transformation Day, with the goal of promoting the digital transformation process on all three pillars: Digital Government - Digital Economy - Digital Society. It is an opportunity for ministries, branches, localities, businesses and people to look back on the achievements, and at the same time promote cooperation, innovation and experience sharing to bring digital transformation truly into depth.

Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation is being vigorously implemented. This is considered a strategic document, affirming that digital transformation is one of the three decisive pillars for the country to rise strongly in the digital age, aiming for the digital economy to reach at least 30% of GDP by 2030 and 50% by 2045, putting Vietnam in the group of 30 leading countries in innovation and digital transformation.

From this strategic orientation, the activities responding to National Digital Transformation Day are not only meaningful in terms of communication but also practical actions, contributing to bringing major policies and guidelines into life.

In order for the National Digital Transformation Day 2025 to have a strong influence on the whole society, the Ministry of Science and Technology recommends that ministries, branches and localities popularize and communicate the identity by displaying the identity on the electronic information portals of agencies and localities, on electronic boards and public screens under the management of ministries, branches and localities and on electronic newspapers of the sectors, fields and localities under their management in October 2025.

In addition, the Ministry also proposed to include the identity set in online and offline publications of events responding to the National Digital Transformation Day 2025 of agencies and localities; at the same time, encourage cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of agencies and localities to respond on cyberspace by changing their profile pictures to include the National Digital Transformation Day identification frame on October 10, 2025.

Currently, the Ministry of Science and Technology is urgently perfecting institutions and policies, including the Law on Digital Transformation, a fundamental law to remove barriers and promote the national digital transformation process. Preparing the draft Law on Digital Transformation to be submitted to the National Assembly at the next session is an important step, creating a new legal corridor to promote comprehensive digital transformation nationwide.
