Specifically, the Ho Chi Minh Road Project Management Board directed construction units and supervision consultants to install additional prohibition signs, warning ropes and barriers with hard dividers at the Tam Hiep overpass in Hieu Giang commune (former Cam Thuy commune) at km 738+600; Road 9 overpass in former Cam Hieu commune (now Hieu Giang commune); km 727+300 at the intersection with Provincial Road DT.575 through Con Tien commune and a number of connecting points opening intersections of residential roads and the East branch of Ho Chi Minh Road.
According to the representative of TEDI Transport Design Consulting Corporation Nguyen Thanh Tung, along with the addition of a warning sign system that traffic is not allowed on the Van Ninh - Cam Lo expressway under construction, the unit reminded the team of workers, engineers and construction site motorbikes to increase the installation of sign systems, assign people to be on duty and clean up the construction areas. On the other hand, timely instructions and recommendations for vehicle owners who are not informed and still traveling on the route to ensure traffic safety for themselves and the construction force on the expressway.
Previously, Quang Tri Newspaper, Radio and Television had a television report and article reflecting the situation of many cars, heavy trucks and motorbikes "carelessly" traveling on the Van Ninh - Cam Lo expressway section even though workers, engineers and machinery were busy constructing the remaining items. This poses a potential risk to traffic safety.
