Through inspection, it was noted that many households have voluntarily dismantled the illegal constructions, returning the land to its original state. In particular, in alley 163B Phuoc Thang street, where there used to be 12 illegal constructions, they have now been completely dismantled.

Authorities continue to propagate and mobilize people to voluntarily comply with regulations, especially in wards 1, 2, 3 (old ward 11) and wards 1, 3, 5 (old ward 12), where the number of illegal constructions is the highest.
