In order to create a vibrant and diverse sports movement in the entire Judicial Sector to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2; Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress; the 6th Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Judicial Sector and the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnamese Judicial Sector (August 28, 1945 - August 28, 2025).
Continue to maintain and promote the movement "All people practice physical exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho"; through organizing to evaluate the quality of the sports movement in general and the movement of practicing and competing in sports in particular among cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Judicial Sector.
Improve spiritual life, create a joyful and exciting atmosphere for all cadres, civil servants and public employees of the Judiciary; promote the spirit of solidarity and cohesion between units, contributing to the successful implementation of the tasks of the Sector. - Propaganda, improve social understanding; attract the attention of agencies, organizations, businesses and people to the Ministry of Justice and the Judiciary.
Based on the requirements on subjects and conditions, quantity, time, funding sources, the Head of the emulation area, the Head of the Organizing Committee of the emulation area Sports Festival of the local Judicial agencies decides to organize the Regional level sports festival (or select the registered content to participate in the industry's sports festival); Direct the Heads of the sports delegations to manage and urge the cadres, civil servants, and public employees participating in the Sports Festival to fully implement the program of the Organizing Committee; coordinate and participate in the organization of the Sports Festival.
