Bui Thi Xuan Hanh crowned Miss Universe Vietnam - Miss Cosmo Vietnam 2023.

The prize for the new Miss is a ticket to represent Vietnam in the world beauty arena, the crown "Tre's 15 The Crown", a cash prize worth 300 million VND, a luxury apartment in Ho Chi Minh City during her term and many other valuable prizes.
During the Miss Universe 2023 final night, Bui Thi Xuan Hanh was asked: "There is an opinion that today's youth often want to break traditional boundaries. What is your opinion on this opinion?"

She made an impression when she confidently answered: "For me, traditional beauty still exists. We are living in a new era, everything is getting better, traditional beauty may be smaller but it still exists there.

The fact that you're evolving just shows that you're doing newer things, just like the ao dai - the traditional ao dai is still there, and the modernized ao dai is just a different name.

One thing we always remember is that we are always Vietnamese with red blood and yellow skin. Our solidarity and traditional beauty are always preserved and developed by the youth in a good direction. I hope the youth always remember that we will always develop but also always remember the traditional beauty of Vietnam."

From the first rounds, Bui Thi Xuan Hanh was not considered one of the candidates for the Miss title, but towards the end, the beauty attracted more and more attention from the audience, especially in the Speech competition.

The new Miss Universe was born in 2001, has an impressive height of 1.71m, measurements of 82-60-87 cm, and represents Ninh Binh . Before participating in Miss Universe Vietnam 2023, Bui Thi Xuan Hanh was known to the audience when she participated and became the runner-up of The Face Vietnam 2023.
