The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Van Khoi, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tien, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Khanh Binh commune; along with representatives of the sponsoring delegation from Ho Chi Minh City and local people.

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tien, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Khanh Binh commune, expressed his gratitude to the sponsors and hoped to continue receiving their attention and support to gradually improve the rural transportation system, creating favorable conditions for the development of production, trade, and ensuring safer access to school for children.

The Phuoc Quang Bridge was designed with a width of 2.2m and a length of 25m, at a total construction cost of 140 million VND. Of this amount, local people contributed 30 million VND in both materials and labor, demonstrating their solidarity and active participation in the new rural development movement.

Leaders of the Provincial and local Fatherland Front Committees and sponsors performed the groundbreaking ceremony.

The project not only contributes to improving the quality of rural transportation infrastructure, creating favorable conditions for the travel of people and students, but also promotes the spirit of solidarity and community strength in building new rural areas.
