Construction of Phuoc Quang bridge started in Hamlet 5, Khanh Binh commune

On the morning of July 12, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province coordinated with Khanh Binh commune and the sponsoring unit to organize the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a rural bridge in Hamlet 5, named Phuoc Quang bridge.

The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Van Khoi, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tien, Party Secretary, Chairman of Khanh Binh Commune People's Council; along with representatives of the sponsoring delegation from Ho Chi Minh City and local people.

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tien, Party Secretary and Chairman of Khanh Binh Commune People's Council expressed his gratitude to the sponsors and hoped to continue receiving their attention and support to gradually improve the rural traffic system, creating favorable conditions for production development, trade of goods, and bringing children to school more safely.

Phuoc Quang Bridge was designed with a width of 2.2m, length of 25m, total construction cost of 140 million VND. Of which, local people contributed 30 million VND in both material and labor, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and actively responding to the new rural construction movement.

Leaders of the Provincial and local Fatherland Front Committees and sponsors performed the groundbreaking ceremony.

The project not only contributes to improving the quality of rural traffic infrastructure, creating favorable conditions for people and students to travel, but also promotes the spirit of solidarity and community strength in building new rural areas.
