Mr. Xuan My (38 years old, on the right) and his friend pose for a photo with the nativity scene decorated in front of his house, which also serves as his bakery. The man said that he and his friends in the Pham The Hien Catholic neighborhood have been decorating this nativity scene for several days now, and it's 80% complete. "The total cost this year is about 20 million VND. We reused decorative items from previous years, so the nativity scene is worth around 60 million VND. Every year, I have to come up with newer, more unique decorating ideas. We have to maintain the Christmas traditions of our Catholic neighborhood, and also create a space for people to take photos and feel the Christmas atmosphere when they come here," he expressed.
