To meet the demand and ensure the progress of the Party building work, the Party Building Committee and the Thuan Hoa Ward Police have maintained a continuous working schedule of 3 shifts per day, from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., including Saturdays and Sundays, according to the specific schedule of each Party cell. Priority is given to locations near the place of residence, creating favorable conditions, avoiding congestion and ensuring security and order.

In just over the first 4 days of implementation, about 1,500 party members came to the reception points to complete the procedures for digital transformation. Digital transformation helps build a modern administration. Thereby, it not only strengthens the Party's leadership role in managing cadres and party members, but also concretizes the Project on developing applications of population data, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the new situation.

In particular, the Youth Union of Phu Xuan Ward Police has arranged for members to directly pick up and drop off elderly party members, those with poor health or those with difficulty traveling to make it more convenient for them to complete the procedures, demonstrating the spirit of volunteerism and close attention to each specific case.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hoai, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, Secretary of the City Youth Union said: With the spirit of initiative and responsibility, in recent days, the youth of Hue city have actively participated in supporting the work of the Youth Union according to the new model associated with the national database on population at the citizen reception offices of the police in communes and wards.

The Youth Union members are assigned 3 shifts in the morning, afternoon and evening to ensure that support activities take place continuously and promptly, such as: Supporting guidance and arranging documents; helping elderly party members and people with difficulties in declaring information; coordinating with technical staff to review data and compare information to ensure that each file is processed quickly and accurately.

The activity not only contributes to speeding up the progress of the Youth Union as planned but also demonstrates the pioneering role and responsibility of young people in accompanying the local political tasks.

Implementing the direction of the Central Organizing Committee, the Ministry of Public Security and the Hue City Party Committee on implementing the CĐTĐV on the basis of the National Database on Population, Identification and Electronic Authentication, in recent days, the Hue City Police have simultaneously deployed the Peak Campaign to collect CĐTĐV records on the basis of the National Database on Population, Identification and Electronic Authentication in the area.

According to the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order, the City Police has deployed and provided equipment to 40 police stations in communes and wards in the city. At the same time, resources have been allocated to receive and process the application for the Party membership program in order to proactively and effectively carry out the tasks, ensuring the set goals, requirements and progress. In just the first days of the peak campaign, more than 15,300 party members have come to the reception points to complete the application procedures.

The deployment of the CDTDV on the basis of the National Database on Population, Identification and Electronic Authentication is to collect and authenticate the identities of party members, build a database of party organizations and party members, to meet the requirements of the Party's management work. At the same time, this is an important step to standardize and modernize the management of party members, contributing to building a clean and strong party organization in the digital transformation period.
