Attending the 1st Congress of Party Committees of Central Party Agencies, term 2025-2030 on September 24, 2025, General Secretary To Lam requested that Party Committees study, grasp and implement 3 requirements and 4 key work orientations.

The three requirements are: Ensuring party spirit, combativeness, and vanguardism in all aspects of work; Strengthening close coordination and cooperation; Closely connecting with the people.

The 4 key work orientations that the Party Committee needs to lead, coordinate leadership and direction are: Focus on improving the level and quality of strategic advisory work; Strongly innovate leadership, management and operation methods; Build a truly clean, strong, exemplary Party Committee, taking the lead in Party building work; Especially pay attention to improving the quality of the staff./.
