The Party Cell has 3 Party members, Mr. Tran Xuan Hai, Director of Vietnam Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Lam Dong Branch was appointed to hold the position of Party Cell Secretary, term 2025-2030.

Speaking at the conference, Nguyen Quang Hai, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Lam Vien Ward Party Committee - Da Lat, hoped that the Party Cell would focus on building working regulations and organizing Party Cell activities according to regulations; propose resolutions and assign tasks to Party members.

Standing Deputy Secretary of Lam Vien Ward Party Committee - Da Lat Nguyen Quang Hai hopes that the Party Cell will focus on building working regulations and pay attention to the work of developing Party members.

Comrade Nguyen Quang Hai noted that the Party Cell needs to pay attention to the work of creating sources and nurturing elite masses to recruit new Party members, increase the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Cell. Party members in the Party Cell must strive to study and improve their moral qualities and professional skills, promote the pioneering and exemplary role of Party members, and perform well the assigned tasks.
