Vinh Hau builds "Four good Party cells"

Nguyen Thanh Viet, Deputy Secretary of the Vinh Hau Commune Party Committee, said that following the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on launching the emulation movement to build "Four-good Party Cells" and "Four-good Grassroots Party Committees" in the period of 2023 - 2025, the Commune Party Committee Standing Committee focused on directing and developing plans for the Party Cells and affiliated Party Committees to implement. The building focuses on 4 contents: Party Cells successfully complete political tasks; good quality of Party Cell activities; good solidarity and discipline; good cadres and Party members.

During the implementation of the “Four Good Party Cells”, the Party Cells and affiliated Party Committees have paid attention to the work of democratic centralism, criticism, and self-criticism, thereby enhancing the solidarity of Party members. Discipline and order have been maintained, the sense of responsibility of cadres and Party members has always been promoted, exemplary in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style... Every year, the Party Cells and Party Committees are recognized for completing their tasks well or better.

Vinh Bao is an island hamlet with a natural land area of 273 hectares, of which 160 hectares are agricultural land. The whole hamlet has 1,047 households, with 4,177 people, people live mainly on agricultural production, livestock farming and small-scale trading. The hamlet Party cell has 55 party members, including 19 female party members. The Party cell executive committee focuses on leading and directing the development of plans and registering for emulation to build "Four-good Party cells"; promptly disseminate to all cadres and party members.

Secretary of Vinh Bao Hamlet Party Cell Doan Thanh Phong said: “The Party Cell proactively concretizes the directive documents of the superior Party Committee, sets out programs and work plans to lead and direct the organization to implement assigned political targets and tasks. Every year, the unit is assessed to have completed its tasks well; the Party Cell as a whole is classified as having completed its tasks well or better. We always strictly implement the regime of regular Party Cell and Party Cell activities, including thematic activities, and regularly innovate the content of activities.”

Currently, 100% of party members in the Party cell participate in studying the Party's resolutions, directives and conclusions; actively study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; and participate in movements launched by the locality. The results of the annual evaluation and classification of party members' quality show that over 90% or more complete their tasks well, and no party members violate the Party's Charter or the State's laws to the extent of being disciplined.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan - a Party member of Vinh Bao Hamlet Party Cell, said that before, her family grew 8,000 square meters of ineffective vegetables. After receiving the local policy and the resolution of the Party Cell, she was the pioneer in converting the area of vegetables and mixed gardens to growing fruit trees. In 2021, assigned by the Party Cell, she and the Party Cell and the Hamlet leadership focused on mobilizing the people to establish a Gardening Association. In the spirit of mutual support in production, the association maintains activities once a month, exchanging experiences and learning from each other. Up to now, the Hamlet Gardening Association has 27 members, with a higher income than before, a stable life, contributing to the development of the local economy.

The results achieved in Vinh Bao Hamlet Party Cell show that the emulation movement to build "Four-good Party Cells" and "Four-good Grassroots Party Committees" in Vinh Hau Commune is gradually going into depth, becoming a driving force for change in many areas. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Viet emphasized: "At the 1st Congress of Vinh Hau Commune Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, the Party Committee built a resolution and action program for the entire term. In which, it proposed to continue implementing the emulation movement to build "Four-good Party Cells" and "Four-good Grassroots Party Committees" to contribute to strengthening the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations, improving the quality of cadres, Party members, and the quality of Party cell activities and grassroots Party Committees to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation".

With the existing foundation and new determination, the Party Committee, government and people of Vinh Hau commune continue to promote the spirit of emulation, successfully implement the targets of the resolution of the Commune Party Congress for the term 2025 - 2030, towards the goal of building a comprehensively developed, rich, civilized commune, with people's lives increasingly prosperous and happy.
