The brilliant lotus season in Ninh Binh surprises tourists

In late autumn and early winter, Tam Coc fields ( Ninh Binh ) have a strange beauty, not the golden color of rice but the pink color of lotus flowers.

Amidst towering limestone mountains, the Ngo Dong River gently meanders through Tam Coc fields, creating a poetic beauty that attracts tourists from near and far.

Around the end of October, the lotus flowers along both sides of the Ngo Dong River bloom brilliantly, with the section from cave 1 to 2 blooming the most beautifully. The lotus flowers have long, slender petals, each petal is bright pink.

The type of flower grown in Tam Coc only blooms during the day between 7 and 10 a.m., then the flower closes up shyly.

According to Mr. Cung, the best time for tourists to admire and take pictures with lotus flowers is in the morning. This flower only blooms in the morning, and will close after noon and afternoon, so you need to go early.

Lotus flowers are inherently dark in color, so to have beautiful photos, visitors should choose clothes with elegant, gentle colors. Pastel tones will stand out in the space next to the Ngo Dong River.

Lotus season in Tam Coc usually starts from the end of October and ends in December, visitors can freely plan to enjoy Ninh Binh autumn, watching lotus flowers in the autumn sky.
