Last weekend, Tran Thi Thanh Thuy shone brightly to help Gunma Green Wings Club win 2 consecutive victories in rounds 5 and 6 of the SV League volleyball tournament, defeating PFU Blue Cats with scores of 3-1, then 3-2 (according to the SV League format, a match will take place twice a week).

Thanh Thuy scored 21 and 23 points respectively in these two matches, in which in the first win she also received the award for best player of the match.

After 6 rounds, Thanh Thuy scored a total of 99 points, contributing greatly to helping Gunma Green Wings win 3 matches, rising to 7th place in the Japanese Championship rankings.

This achievement also helped Thanh Thuy rise to the top of the SV League individual rankings. Specifically, in the total score rankings, Thanh Thuy ranked 9th out of 88 ranked athletes.

In the Gunma Green Wings team, Thanh Thuy ranked 2nd, just behind Polish star Rozanski.

This is the 7th foreign club Thanh Thuy has played for in her career. In 2015, the girl from Binh Duong went abroad for the first time, playing for Bangkok Glass of Thailand.
