The final round of the Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament 2025 has 16 participating teams, divided into 4 groups, competing for three days from October 31 to November 2 at Ton Duc Thang University, Ho Chi Minh City.

Accordingly, the team plays at least 3 matches in 2 days, with a density of one match in the morning and one match in the afternoon. The team that plays the most (in the final or third place) is 6 matches, one match per session.

With such a high competition density, teams worry that players will be overloaded and not be able to recover in time, leading to a decline in professional quality at the end of the tournament. Teams are even worried that players will suffer unnecessary injuries.

Understanding that concern, the Organizing Committee of the 2025 Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament cooperated with Life Up - a unit with experience in sports rehabilitation; massage for athletes before and after matches; first aid for muscle, bone, joint and ligament injuries and advice on recovery and health care after competitions - to support the players and teams.

Life Up is the unit assigned by the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) to be in charge of medical care for the Vietnam U16 team at the CFA Team China 2025 International U16 Tournament held in May in China. In addition, this unit also provides medical support and sports rehabilitation in many other grassroots football tournaments, such as pickleball and especially running races.

At the final round of the Vietnam Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament 2025, Life Up was arranged a separate area to conduct recovery massage and provide recovery advice to players in need.

On the afternoon of October 27, the drawing ceremony for the final round of the Vietnam Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament 2025 was held at the Tuoi Tre newspaper office.

Specifically, group A includes the following teams: People's Public Security Union, Khanh Hoa Union, Dong Nai 1 Union, Ho Chi Minh City 1 Union.

Group B includes the following teams: Sawaco, Bac Ninh 1 Trade Union, Quang Ngai Trade Union, Dong Nai 3 Trade Union.

Group C includes the teams: Sacombank, Hai Phong Trade Union, Bac Ninh 2 Trade Union, Le Bao Minh.

Group D with teams: Vietnam Bank Trade Union, Da Nang Trade Union, Hanoi Trade Union, An Giang Trade Union.

The final round of the Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament 2025 will take place from October 31 to November 2 at Ton Duc Thang University, Ho Chi Minh City. The winning team of the Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament 2025 will receive a prize of VND200 million.

The Vietnam Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament is jointly organized by Tuoi Tre Newspaper , the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, and the Vietnam Football Federation for the third consecutive year.
