Preparing for bidding for Dak Doa golf course project, Ia Hrung golf course complex

Gia Lai province plans to put many large-scale resort tourism projects combined with golf courses to bid for investors in the 2025-2026 period.

On October 27, at the 4th session, the People's Council of Gia Lai province, term XII, voted to pass a resolution approving the addition of the list of land plots to be auctioned to select investors for investment projects using land in the area.

Among these, there are many large projects on resort tourism and golf courses with large land use areas that have been approved to carry out bidding procedures.

Accordingly, Gia Lai province decided to add many large land plots to bid to select investors to implement large-scale projects in the 2025-2026 period.

Including: Dak Doa golf course project, scale of 174 hectares in Dak Doa commune; resort complex project - golf course No. 1 and golf course No. 2, total area of ​​544 hectares in Ia Hrung commune and Gao commune;

Eco-resort and sports complex project, including hotel, commercial service area combined with tourism and sports, golf course, scale 191ha in Mang Yang commune; Gia Lai education complex project scale 10.5ha, in Dien Hong ward.

In addition, a number of large hydropower projects were also approved for bidding, such as: Se San 3 Hydropower Plant Expansion Project, capacity 130MW in Ia Ly Commune; Se San 4 Hydropower Plant Expansion Project, capacity 120MW in Ia O Commune...

Gia Lai Provincial People's Council assigned the Provincial People's Committee to review and determine the boundaries, area, and scale of the project to ensure compliance with the planning before implementing investment and bidding processes and procedures.

Requires to only organize bidding to select investors when fully meeting legal regulations related to planning, land and related legal regulations.
