The Nhạn Tower is located on Nhạn Mountain, nearly 60 meters above sea level. To the south, it borders Bạch Đằng Street and the Chùa River - a tributary of the Ba River (Đà Rằng); to the east, west, and north, it borders residential areas.

Built around the 11th century, the Nhan Tower is one of the Cham towers belonging to the Binh Dinh style (11th-15th centuries), but it also possesses many architectural features characteristic of the southern region of the Champa kingdom.

The tower is quadrilateral in shape with four levels, each level becoming smaller than the one below, but still maintaining the same style as the lower levels. The tower is approximately 23.5 meters tall. Each side of the base measures 10 meters.

The tower was built entirely of dark red bricks using a unique technique: fitting the bricks tightly together without using mortar.

The unique cultural architecture of the Champa people.

The Nhan Tower was classified as a National Architectural and Artistic Monument on November 16, 1988. On December 24, 2018, the Nhan Tower was classified as a Special National Monument.
