Short but full of emotion, the video recreates the vibrant and energetic life of Ho Chi Minh City – the largest city in the country, where lights, people and rhythms of life blend into a brilliant symphony.

The video opens with an image of Ho Chi Minh City in the early morning.

The video opens with images of Ho Chi Minh City in the early morning. The plane slowly flies over iconic buildings such as Notre Dame Cathedral, the City Post Office , Ben Thanh Market, Bitexco or the metro line - both familiar and showing the appearance of a modern, growing urban area. The author skillfully transitions from an ancient space to a youthful, dynamic lifestyle, just like the way this city always harmonizes tradition and innovation.

When night falls, the “city that never sleeps” truly awakens. The bright lights from the skyscrapers, the bustling streets, the vibrant music from the entertainment areas, coffee shops, Nguyen Hue walking street – all blend together to create a unique scene that anyone who has ever visited will find unforgettable. There, people can see the heartbeat of a city that is always moving, constantly growing and shining.

The special thing about the video is the everyday moments: a street vendor pushing a cart in the middle of the street, a group of young people laughing and chatting over a cup of iced milk coffee, a couple walking under the streetlights, or sanitation workers silently working late at night. It is these simple images that make up the “human” quality of Saigon – sincere, friendly and tolerant.

Not only stopping at the tourism aspect, Trinh Thi Yen Nhi's video also sends a message about the spirit of openness and integration. "This city always opens its arms to welcome every journey of discovery" - the ending line of the video sounds like a warm invitation. No matter who you are, where you come from, Saigon still welcomes you with a smile, with a restless pace of life and with the dynamism spreading in every corner of the street.

With flexible camera angles, youthful music and fast, modern editing, “Saigon – The City That Never Sleeps” vividly depicts the image of the city named after Uncle Ho in the new era: both a major economic and cultural center and the most attractive tourist destination in Vietnam.

The Third Prize for the work in the first month's voting round is not only a recognition from the Organizing Committee, but also an affirmation of the creativity of young people who are contributing to renewing the image of Vietnamese tourism with an energetic and inspirational perspective.
