Tran Bui Bao Khanh has just brought home the second laurel wreath for Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for Gifted Students, 15 years after Phan Minh Duc's victory in 2010. Bao Khanh's victory was convincing, as the male student consistently ranked first or second from the early rounds.
Bao Khanh's outstanding strengths include quick reflexes, rapid problem-solving skills in reasoning questions, fast buzzer pressing speed, and comprehensive knowledge across various fields.

Throughout her 12 years of high school, Bao Khanh was always an outstanding student. Before being admitted to the specialized Biology class at Ams High School, Bao Khanh studied in the selective class at Hanoi Star School - one of the leading schools for nurturing top-performing students in the capital.
In 9th grade, the male student won first prize in the city-level excellent student competition in Science subjects in the 2022-2023 school year. In 10th and 11th grades, he won second prize in the city-level excellent student competition in Biology, and a silver medal in the 2024 Natural Science Olympiad.
At Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for Gifted Students, Bao Khanh is the head of the Psychology Club's professional committee. Besides his strengths in natural sciences, Bao Khanh enjoys reading novels and cooking. These two activities help him broaden his knowledge and relax after stressful study hours.
In the final round, Tran Bui Bao Khanh started in 3rd position. The male student finished first in the Warm-up round with 65 points, second in the Obstacle Course round with 75 points, second in the Acceleration round with 180 points, and took the lead in the Final round with 215 points, 5 points ahead of Thanh Tung and 10 points ahead of Nhut Lam.

Sharing her feelings after the emotional match, Bao Khanh said that she currently feels "complete".
The male student sent a message to all young people, urging them to pursue their dreams, because when you truly desire something, the entire universe will conspire to help you.
Despite excelling throughout the competition rounds, the final moment leading to Bao Khanh's victory sparked controversy, with some viewers arguing that the student acted unfairly by taking Thanh Tung's turn to answer, even though his answer was incorrect.
However, winning the right to press the buzzer is one of the important and legitimate strategies in the Road to Olympia competition. Last year, Vo Quang Phu Duc's victory also caused similar controversy.
