Rach Gia: Two individuals caught red-handed for illegally possessing narcotics.

On October 26th, the Rach Gia Ward Police (An Giang Province) announced that they had caught Do Thuy Duong (born in 1988) and Do Truong Giang (born in 1994), both residing on Co Giang Street, Rach Gia Ward, in the act of illegally possessing narcotics.

The subject is Do Thuy Duong.

The suspect is Do Truong Giang.

Following intelligence gathering, the Rach Gia Ward Police discovered several individuals suspected of illegally possessing narcotics. They conducted a raid and apprehended Do Thuy Duong and Do Truong Giang, seizing 5 nylon bags containing solid crystalline particles suspected to be narcotics, along with other drug paraphernalia.  

A quick test revealed that both individuals tested positive for drugs.

The suspect, Do Thuy Duong, confessed that the five nylon bags contained methamphetamine, which she bought from an unknown individual for 2 million VND. She brought it home, gave one bag to Do Truong Giang for personal use, and hid the rest at her house before being arrested by the Rach Gia Ward Police.
