Being able to contribute comments to the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party is both an honor and a great political responsibility of every cadre and party member.

Through studying the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress, I found that the draft documents were prepared very carefully and meticulously, clearly demonstrating the innovative thinking and strategic vision of our Party in leading the country's development in the 2026-2030 period with a vision to 2045; identifying major orientations and specific goals, in line with the country's development requirements.

From the practice of mountainous communes in Tuyen Quang province, I propose that all levels and sectors continue to pay more attention to the development policy for ethnic minority areas, especially human resource training, investment in digital infrastructure, transportation and support for sustainable livelihoods for the people. At the same time, continue to pay more attention to training and fostering to improve the quality of grassroots cadres, especially young cadres, female cadres, and cadres from ethnic minorities, to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

I believe that the 14th National Congress of the Party will continue to put forward correct policies and orientations to create strong momentum for the country to develop rapidly and sustainably; to build an increasingly clean and strong Party and political system; and to contribute to improving the material and spiritual life of the people, especially in mountainous, remote and isolated areas.
