Press conference on the 1st Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tuyen Quang province, term 2025-2030

On October 31, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province held a press conference to inform about the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tuyen Quang province, term 2025-2030. Comrade Ha Trung Kien, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province attended and chaired the press conference.

The 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tuyen Quang province, term 2025-2030, will take place on November 7 and 8, 2025, at the Provincial Convention Center. The Congress will have the participation of 350 official delegates and an expected 150 invited delegates.

The first Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tuyen Quang province is the first Congress after the merger of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang provinces, so it has a particularly important political significance for the people of all ethnic groups in the province. The Congress is an opportunity to summarize and comprehensively evaluate the results of the Front's work in the past term; determine the directions, tasks and solutions in the new term, contributing to consolidating and promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc, enhancing social consensus, creating motivation to successfully implement the socio-economic development goals of the locality.

Comrade Ha Trung Kien, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee concluded the press conference.

At the same time, the Congress also marked a new step of maturity and development of the post-merger Front system; affirmed the role and position of the Front in the political system, continued to innovate the content and methods of operation, strongly oriented towards the grassroots, closely connected with the people, promoted the people's mastery, participated in building a clean and strong Party and government, and built Tuyen Quang province to be increasingly developed, civilized and happy.

At the press conference, representatives of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province informed the press agencies about some contents of the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tuyen Quang province, term 2025-2030. Representatives of departments, branches, and press and media agencies exchanged and discussed the preparation work for the Congress; propaganda work before, during, and after the Congress; coordination of propaganda work on various types of press and digital platforms.

In his concluding remarks at the press conference, Comrade Ha Trung Kien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, thanked the delegates for their comments. In order to focus the propaganda work for the 1st Provincial Fatherland Front Congress, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee requested the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to continue to pay attention to the orientation of propaganda work for the Congress. He also requested the provincial and central press agencies located in the province, socio-political organizations, the Journalists' Association, and the Literature and Arts Association to continue to widely propagate to all classes of people about the position and role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, about the great national unity bloc, advanced models, exemplary Front cadres; the results of the activities of the Provincial Fatherland Front for the 2024-2029 term and the goals and Action Program of the Provincial Fatherland Front for the 2025-2030 term. Thereby creating effects and spread in the community, creating consensus among all classes of people towards the Congress.
