On October 30, implementing Decision No. 3676 of the Ministry of Finance, the State Reserve Department decided to assign the task to the State Reserve Sub-Department of Region 4 to issue nearly 704 tons of national reserve rice to the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province to support people in overcoming the consequences of storm No. 10.

Storm No. 10 caused heavy damage to rice and crops in the province.

The location for receiving and delivering national reserve rice is at the center of commune-level administrative units (communes, wards, and special zones under the provincial level) according to the local allocation plan. The deadline for completing the delivery and receipt of national reserve rice is November 25.

The State Reserve Department requested the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province to decide to assign units to receive rice and distribute and use national reserve rice for the right purposes and to the right subjects according to the provisions of the law on national reserves; at the same time, direct local units to coordinate with the State Reserve Sub-Department of Region 4 in the delivery and receipt.
