Tuyen Quang People's Council: Regulations on new support levels for the People's Inspectorate

The People's Inspectorate of Tan An commune organized the supervision of the collection and disbursement of contributions to build concrete roads in Tan Binh village.

This Resolution aims to increase resources and create favorable conditions for the People's Inspection Committees at the commune level to effectively perform their supervisory tasks and ensure the people's mastery. According to the Resolution, the level of funding to support the activities of the People's Inspection Committees at the commune level is specifically regulated according to the scale of the number of villages and residential groups, with three different levels: 10 million VND/committee/year for communes and wards with less than 15 villages and residential groups; 12.5 million VND/committee/year for communes and wards with from 15 to less than 30 villages and residential groups; and 15 million VND/committee/year for communes and wards with 30 villages and residential groups or more.

The new support funding level is expected to help the Commune-level People's Inspection Committee cover the necessary costs for monitoring, verification, and recommendation activities to promptly detect and correct shortcomings in state management at the grassroots level.

The Resolution takes effect from January 1, 2026. From this date, the old regulations on support funding will expire, including: Resolution No. 31/2018/NQ-HDND ( Ha Giang before reorganization); Resolution No. 02/2020/NQ-HDND (Tuyen Quang before reorganization). At the same time, some contents in Resolution No. 51/NQ-HDND dated August 25, 2025 of the People's Council of Tuyen Quang province will be abolished.

The Provincial People's Council assigns the Provincial People's Committee to be responsible for organizing the implementation of this Resolution in accordance with the provisions of law. The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Committees of the Provincial People's Council, the Delegation Groups and the Provincial People's Council delegates will closely monitor the implementation of the Resolution.

The issuance of the new Resolution demonstrates Tuyen Quang province's interest in consolidating and promoting the role of the People's Inspectorate, contributing to improving the effectiveness of implementing democracy at the grassroots level.
