Implementing a provincial-level fire fighting and rescue drill plan.

On the afternoon of October 29th, at the Fire Prevention, Fighting, and Rescue Police Department of the Provincial Police, the Steering Committee for the 2025 Provincial Firefighting and Rescue Exercise held a conference to implement the plan for a provincial-level firefighting and rescue exercise. Major General Nguyen Duc Thuan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Director of the Provincial Police, attended and directed the conference.

At the conference, the leaders of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of the Provincial Police presented a summary report on the scenario and content of the Provincial Police's plan to organize a fire fighting and rescue drill, mobilizing many forces and resources, on a provincial scale in 2025 at the Erex Sakura Tuyen Quang Biomass Fuel Plant of Erex Sakura Biomass Tuyen Quang Co., Ltd., Long Binh An Industrial Park. The delegates attending the conference discussed and provided feedback on the scenario and the assignment of tasks to the units involved in organizing the drill.

Provincial Police Chief Nguyen Duc Thuan delivered a speech giving directions at the conference.

In his remarks at the conference, Major General Nguyen Duc Thuan, Director of the Provincial Police, emphasized: Organizing a large-scale provincial-level fire fighting and rescue drill involving multiple forces and resources in 2025 has significant political importance, contributing to improving command and control capabilities, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation; assessing the ability to mobilize forces and resources, training level, and the ability of forces to complete tasks in handling large-scale, complex fire and explosion incidents in the province; and serving as an opportunity to disseminate information and raise awareness among heads of agencies, units, businesses, and the public about fire prevention and rescue work, contributing to ensuring security, social order, and safety, creating a safe environment to attract investment to the province.

To ensure the progress and quality of the exercise, the Director of the Provincial Police Department requested that: Police units and localities assigned the task clearly identify this as an important political task; they must uphold a high sense of responsibility; and coordinate closely with relevant agencies and units to focus on leading, directing, and successfully implementing the assigned tasks. Organizational work must be of high quality, thorough, error-free, on schedule, and complete the assigned workload. Any difficulties or obstacles encountered during implementation must be promptly reported to the Provincial Police Department for guidance and resolution.

Delegates conducted an on-site inspection inside the Erex Sakura Tuyen Quang Biomass Fuel Plant.

Immediately after the conference, delegates visited the Erex Sakura Tuyen Quang Biomass Fuel Plant in the Long Binh An Industrial Park to conduct a field survey of the provincial-level fire fighting and rescue plan.
