Deploying a plan to rehearse fire fighting and rescue plans at the provincial level

On the afternoon of October 29, at the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department (PCCC) and Rescue and Search and Rescue (CNCH) of the Provincial Police, the Provincial Steering Committee for Fire Fighting and Rescue Drills in 2025 held a conference to deploy the plan for fire fighting and rescue drills at the provincial level. Major General Nguyen Duc Thuan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Provincial Police attended and directed the conference.

At the Conference, the leaders of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department, the Provincial Police presented a summary report of the scenario and plan of the Provincial Police on organizing a firefighting and rescue drill, mobilizing many forces and vehicles to participate, on a provincial scale in 2025 at the Erex Sakura Tuyen Quang Biomass Fuel Plant under Erex Sakura Biomass Tuyen Quang Co., Ltd., Long Binh An Industrial Park. Delegates attending the conference discussed and gave their opinions on the scenario and the content of assigning tasks to units serving the organization of the drill.

Speaking at the Conference, Major General Nguyen Duc Thuan, Director of the Provincial Police, emphasized: Organizing a fire fighting and rescue plan exercise mobilizing many forces and means at the provincial level in 2025 has important political significance, contributing to improving command and management capacity, meeting requirements and tasks in the new situation; assessing the ability to mobilize forces, means, training level, and the ability to complete tasks of forces in handling large and complicated fire and explosion incidents in the province; is an opportunity to propagate and raise awareness of heads of agencies, units, businesses and people about fire prevention and rescue work, contributing to ensuring security, order, social safety, creating a safe environment to attract investment in the province.

To ensure the progress and quality of the organization of the exercise, the Director of the Provincial Police Department requested: The police of assigned units and localities must clearly identify this as an important political task; must uphold the sense of responsibility; closely coordinate with agencies and units to focus on leading, directing, and organizing the successful implementation of assigned tasks. The organization must ensure quality, thoughtfulness, no errors, on schedule, and complete the assigned workload. If there are any difficulties or problems during the implementation process, they must be promptly reported to the Provincial Police Department for direction and guidance on how to resolve them.
