On the afternoon of October 27, the delegation of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission and 120 typical delegates in the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" for the period 2020 - 2025 came to offer incense, flowers and report to President Ho Chi Minh at the Tan Trao National Special Relic Site.

At the Tan Trao Special National Historical Site, the delegation offered incense at Na Nua hut, where President Ho Chi Minh stayed and worked during the preparations for the August 1945 General Uprising; Tan Trao communal house, where the National Congress took place, deciding on important national issues; and the Memorial Area for President Ho Chi Minh and other revolutionary predecessors.

In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the delegates expressed their boundless gratitude for the immense contributions of President Ho Chi Minh – the founder and mentor of our Party, who, together with the Central Committee of the Party and the Government, led the entire nation to achieve independence and freedom, ushering the country into a new era – the era of national independence linked with socialism.

At the "Uncle Ho in Tan Trao" monument, the delegation reported their achievements before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, affirming that: Studying and following his thoughts on propaganda work, mass mobilization, and the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" movement in the 2020-2025 period, Party committees, governments, the Fatherland Front, and political and social organizations in the province have implemented the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" emulation movement synchronously and effectively, linking it with the political tasks of each agency and unit.

Many successful models of "people mobilization" in the fields of economics, culture, society, national defense and security have been replicated, contributing to strengthening national unity, creating social consensus, and successfully achieving the province's development goals and tasks during the past term.
