At the Tan Trao National Special Relic Site, the delegation offered incense at Na Nua hut, where President Ho Chi Minh lived and worked during the preparation for the August 1945 General Uprising; Tan Trao communal house, where the National Congress took place, deciding important issues of the nation; and the memorial site of President Ho Chi Minh and his revolutionary predecessors.

In a sacred and respectful atmosphere, the delegates expressed their infinite gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh - the founder and trainer of our Party, who together with the Party Central Committee and the Government led the entire people to gain independence and freedom for the nation, bringing the country into a new era - the era of national independence associated with socialism.

At the monument "Uncle Ho in Tan Trao", the delegation reported to the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, affirming: Studying and following his thoughts on propaganda work, mass mobilization and the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" movement in the period of 2020 - 2025, Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front and socio- political organizations in the province have synchronously and effectively implemented the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" associated with the political tasks of each agency and unit.

Many models of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in the fields of economy, culture, society, national defense and security have been widely replicated, contributing to strengthening the great national unity bloc, creating consensus in society, and successfully implementing the development goals and tasks of the province in the past term.
