Fireworks display on New Year's Eve is an indispensable part of the Lunar New Year. As every year, most provinces and cities across the country will organize fireworks displays at 0:00 - 0:15 on February 10 to celebrate the New Year of the Dragon 2024.
Below are the fireworks display locations to welcome the New Year's Eve of the Year of the Dragon 2024 that have been announced and implemented by the State.

Fireworks display locations in the North
To welcome the New Year, Hanoi organized fireworks displays at 30 locations, 32 firing sites, including 9 high-altitude firing sites including:
Hoan Kiem District (in front of the Hanoi Moi Newspaper headquarters and in front of Hanoi Post Office ).
Tay Ho District (at Lac Long Quan Flower Garden, in front of the District People's Committee gate).
Nam Tu Liem District (at F1 racetrack, Phu Do ward).
Hai Ba Trung District (Coconut Island, Thong Nhat Park, Le Dai Hanh Ward).
Ha Dong District (Van Quan Lake, Van Quan Ward).
Son Tay Town (Son Tay Citadel)
Thanh Tri District (Regulating lake project land, Tam Hiep commune).
Dong Anh District (District Sports Center).
In addition, in Hoang Mai, Ba Dinh, Long Bien districts... there will be low-altitude fireworks.
Lao Cai
Lao Cai will organize low-altitude fireworks displays at 5 locations:
Lao Cai City (2 locations): Dinh Le Street, Kim Tan Ward and the roof of a high-rise mixed-use building.
The Manor Tower Lao Cai, Tran Hung Dao Avenue, Bac Cuong Ward.
Bac Ha district (1 point): central stadium, Bac Ha town.
Bao Thang District (1 point): cultural park area, Pho Lu town.
Van Ban District (1 point): Lakeside area No. 1, Khanh Yen town.
Quang Ninh
Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee allows 13/13 localities to organize 15 low-altitude fireworks displays to welcome the New Year's Eve of the Year of the Dragon in 2024. Some typical display locations include:
Ha Long (30/10 Square, Hong Hai Ward and Troi River bank, Hoanh Bo Ward).
Cam Pha (12/11 Square, Cam Tay Ward and Cua Ong Temple, Cua Ong Ward)
Mong Cai City: ICD Km3 + 4 port area (Thanh Dat temporary pontoon bridge area)
Hai Phong
Hai Phong City will organize high-altitude fireworks displays mixed with low-altitude fireworks displays at 12 locations. Specifically, the fireworks display locations include: the City Exhibition and Fine Arts Center - Tam Bac Lake, An Bien Lake, Vinh Bao District Stadium and Multi-purpose Sports Field, Tien Lang District Stadium...
Fireworks display locations in the Central region
Thua Thien Hue
According to the plan to organize activities to celebrate the Party and the Year of the Dragon in 2024, on New Year's Eve, Thua Thien Hue province will organize 3 high-altitude fireworks displays to welcome the new year in Hue city, Quang Dien district, and Phu Vang district.
In addition, the province arranged two low-altitude fireworks display locations: Ngo Mon flagpole area (10 p.m. on February 9) and Thanh Toan Tile Bridge (0 a.m. on February 10).
Danang
Da Nang City will organize fireworks displays on New Year's Eve of the Lunar New Year 2024 at 3 locations:
Bach Dang Square (intersection of Binh Minh 6 - Bach Dang street).
Land belongs to Kim Long Nam project (opposite the east of Lien Chieu District Administrative Center).
Hoa Vang District Administrative Center.
Khanh Hoa
Khanh Hoa province will organize low-altitude fireworks displays at 3 locations: Nha Trang City, Van Ninh District and Cam Ranh City. Tourists can watch the 15-minute, 150-flare fireworks display at Tram Huong Tower. In addition, many New Year activities will take place until February 19 (the 10th day of the Lunar New Year) at April 2 Square, along the Sea Park on Tran Phu Street.

Ho Chi Minh City
Ho Chi Minh City will fire fireworks at 11 locations including 2 high-altitude locations and 6 low-altitude locations during the 2024 Lunar New Year, with a total of 2,000 high-altitude fireworks. Specifically:
Head of Saigon River tunnel (Thu Duc City).
Ben Duoc Martyrs Memorial (Cu Chi district).
Ben Noc relic memorial temple (Thu Duc city).
Dam Sen Park (District 11).
Sac Forest Square (Can Gio district).
Lang Le Bau Co relic site (Binh Chanh district).
Cultural Park (Go Vap District).
Historical relic site of Nga Ba Giong (Hoc Mon district).
District 7 Administrative Center Square.
Binh Tri Dong B residential area (Binh Tan district).
- Cu Chi District Cultural House.
Ba Ria - Vung Tau
Ba Ria - Vung Tau will organize fireworks to welcome the New Year at the following locations:
Vung Tau City (2 locations): Front Beach area - opposite the Revolutionary Traditional House and Bau Trung Lake area, Nguyen An Ninh ward.
Ba Ria City: Ba Ria Park Square - Phu My Town: Ha Anh Tuan project land on Hung Vuong Street.
Xuyen Moc District: Lake shore, Phuoc Buu town.
Chau Duc District: Tran Hung Dao extended road.
Dat Do District: District Cultural, Information and Sports Center.
Long Dien District: District Cultural, Information and Sports Center.
Con Dao District: Pier 914.
Can Tho
Can Tho City People's Committee has implemented a plan to alternate high-altitude and low-altitude fireworks displays at a number of locations:
Hoa Su Restaurant area: area 1, Cai Khe ward, Ninh Kieu district.
Thot Not District: Royal Urban Area, Long Thanh 2 area, Thot Not ward.
Phong Dien District: Phan Van Tri Park area, Nhon Loc 2 hamlet, Phong Dien town.
Thoi Lai District: Thoi Lai District Square area, Thoi Thuan B Hamlet, Thoi Lai Town.
Co Do District: Co Do Park area, Thoi Hoa hamlet, Co Do town.
Kien Giang
Kien Giang province will set off fireworks at two locations, Rach Gia City and Phu Quoc City, on the evening of February 9, specifically:
Rach Gia City: Community Center - Tran Quang Khai Square - Phu Quoc City: Old Airport runway
