Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Song Tung visited and presented gifts to the family of Mr. Do Van Thu, a war invalid with 70% loss of working capacity in Non village; Mr. Tran Van Vy, a person infected with toxic chemicals, with 81% loss of working capacity in Ba Lang village and war invalid Tran Xuan Thoai, with 60% loss of working capacity in Dinh Hau village (Tan Thanh commune).
At the families he visited, Mr. Tran Song Tung, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, kindly asked about the health and living conditions of the meritorious people. He also expressed his deep gratitude for the great contributions of the wounded and sick soldiers and the meritorious people to the cause of national liberation and reunification; wished the wounded and sick soldiers to always maintain their health, overcome their illnesses, continue to be an example for their children and grandchildren to follow, promote the tradition of patriotism, and build their homeland and country to become increasingly prosperous.

At the home of Ms. Nguyen Thi Tam, Tan Trung village (Tam Diep ward), Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Dung kindly asked about the health and daily life of the family. Ms. Tam and her husband are both war invalids. Ms. Tam's husband passed away in 2024. Currently, Ms. Tam has a stroke and is paralyzed on one side of her body, and is in a wheelchair and needs someone to take care of her.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the delegation also visited and presented gifts to Mr. Ta Xuan Ban's family, Group 2, Quang Trung Street and Mr. Ninh Duc Thoai's family, Group 6, Nguyen Duy Thanh Street (Tam Diep Ward). Mr. Ban and Mr. Thoai are both war invalids.
At the families who came to visit and give gifts, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee was happy and excited to see the wounded and sick soldiers being cared for both materially and spiritually by the local Party Committee, government, children and grandchildren in the family and the community.
