Project 01: CA NA LNG POWER PROJECT

• Project name: Ca Na LNG Power Plant Project

• Investment location: Phuoc Diem Commune, Thuan Nam District.

• Investment objective: To construct an LNG gas-fired power plant with a capacity of 1,500MW.

• Area: 270.2 hectares.

• Land origin: State-managed land; land managed by organizations, households, and individuals.

• Current land status: Land used for salt production, land and assets on the land used for agricultural production by households, and protective forest land. The total area is 270.2 hectares, of which: Land area is 37.9 hectares. Water surface area is 232.3 hectares.

• Projected investment capital: 51,793 billion VND.

• Compliance with land use planning, construction planning, sectoral planning, etc.:

- In accordance with the National Power Development Plan for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 500/QD-TTg dated May 15, 2023, and the Provincial Power Development Plan for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.

- In accordance with the Land Use Planning until 2030 of Thuan Nam district, approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 399/QD-UBND dated July 5, 2022.

- In accordance with the detailed construction plan for the LNG power plant complex area as per Decision No. 299/QD-UBND dated October 24, 2020.

- It is already included in the Area VIII Planning.

Project 02: PHUOC HOA PUMPED STORAGE HYDROPOWER PROJECT

• Investment location: Bac Ai and Ninh Son districts.

• Investment objective: To construct a pumped storage hydroelectric power plant with a capacity of 1,200 MW.

• Area: 136.97 hectares.

• Land origin: The land is managed by Tan Tien Forestry Company.

• Current land status: Forest land.

• Projected investment capital: 22,865 billion VND.

• Conformity with land use planning, construction planning, sectoral planning, etc.: In accordance with the National Power Development Plan for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 500/QD-TTg dated May 15, 2023, and the provincial planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.

Project 03: DAM NAI 3 WIND POWER PROJECT

• Investment location: Thuan Bac and Ninh Hai districts,

• Investment objective: To construct a wind power plant with a capacity of 39.4MW.

• Area: 9.98 hectares.

• Land origin: Family-owned land.

• Current land status: Agricultural land.

• Estimated investment capital: 872 billion VND.

• Compliance with land use planning, construction planning, sectoral planning, etc.:

- In accordance with the National Power Development Plan for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 500/QD-TTg dated May 15, 2023, and the Provincial Power Development Plan for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.

Project 04: DAM NAI 4 WIND POWER PROJECT

• Investment location: Thuan Bac and Ninh Hai districts.

• Investment objective: To construct a wind power plant with a capacity of 27.6MW.

• Area: 9.8 hectares

• Land origin: Family-owned land.

• Current land status: Agricultural land.

• Projected investment capital: 1,649 billion VND.

• Conformity with land use planning, construction planning, sectoral planning, etc.: In accordance with the National Power Development Plan for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 500/QD-TTg dated May 15, 2023, and the provincial planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.

Project 05: TRI HAI WIND POWER PROJECT

• Investment location: Ninh Hai District.

• Investment objective: To construct a wind power plant with a capacity of 79.5MW.

• Area: 10 hectares.

• Land origin: Salt land managed by Tri Hai Salt Company.

• Current land status: Agricultural land, salt land.

• Projected investment capital: 2,760 billion VND.

• Conformity with land use planning, construction planning, sectoral planning, etc.: In accordance with the National Power Development Plan for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 500/QD-TTg dated May 15, 2023, and the provincial planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.

Project 06: PHUOC DAN WIND POWER PROJECT

• Investment objective: To build a wind power plant with a capacity of 45MW.

• Area: 17.85 hectares.

• Land origin: Land owned by households and individuals.

• Projected investment capital: 1,478 billion VND.

• Conformity with land use planning, construction planning, sectoral planning, etc.: In accordance with the National Power Development Plan for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 500/QD-TTg dated May 15, 2023, and the provincial planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.

Project 07: BAU NGU LAKE WIND POWER PROJECT

• Investment objective: To build a wind power plant with a capacity of 25.2MW.

• Area: 7.5 hectares.

• Land origin: Land owned by households and individuals.

• Estimated investment capital: 988 billion VND.

• Conformity with land use planning, construction planning, sectoral planning, etc.: In accordance with the National Power Development Plan for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 500/QD-TTg dated May 15, 2023, and the provincial planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.

Project 08: UPPER ONG RIVER HYDROELECTRIC PROJECT 2

• Investment location: Luong Son commune and Tan Son town, Ninh Son district.

• Investment objective: To construct a hydroelectric power plant with a capacity of 7 MW.

• Area: 23.3 hectares.

• Land origin: Land owned by households and individuals.

• Current land status: Agricultural land, rivers and streams.

• Projected investment capital: 265,837 billion VND.

• Conformity with land use planning, construction planning, sectoral planning, etc.: It conforms to the provincial planning for the period 2021-2030 with a vision to 2050, approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 1319/QD-TTg dated November 10, 2023. Furthermore, it has been approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade for inclusion in the national small hydropower planning in Decision No. 750/QD-BCT dated March 2, 2021.

Project 09: PHUOC HOA HYDROELECTRIC PROJECT

• Investment location: Bac Ai District.

• Investment objective: To construct a hydroelectric power plant with a capacity of 22MW.

• Area: 63.15 hectares.

• Land origin: Forest land managed by Tan Tien Forestry One-Member Limited Company, forest land managed by Phuoc Binh National Park Management Board, agricultural land of households, alluvial land along rivers, and river and stream land.

• Current land status: Forest land and agricultural land.

• Projected investment capital: 862,139 billion VND.

• Compliance with land use planning, construction planning, sectoral planning, etc.: The project has received approval for surveying from the Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee in document No. 2712/UBND-KT dated June 29, 2018, and has been added to the national small hydropower planning in Ninh Thuan province by the Ministry of Industry and Trade in Decision No. 4747/QD-BCT dated December 24, 2018, and supplemented with a plan for connecting to the national power grid in document No. 7969/BCT-DL dated October 21, 2020.
