Cases eligible for a 70% reduction in land use fees.
TPO - The Ministry of Finance has issued công văn (official letter) No. 6546 guiding three cases of changing the land use purpose from agricultural land originating from garden and pond land attached to residential land, applying a land use fee equal to 30% of the difference between the land price before and after the change of land use purpose.
