2. How to cook eggplant soup with beans and meat

Step 1 : Prepare ingredients

Wash the eggplant, cut into small, bite-sized pieces, then soak in diluted salt water for about 15-20 minutes to remove all the sap and toxins and to prevent the eggplant from turning black.

Rinse the pork belly with salt water and then rinse with clean water. Then, drain the meat in a basket and cut into small, bite-sized squares.

Wash and chop green onions. Peel and chop shallots and garlic. Wash and cut tomatoes into wedges. Wash and chop perilla and betel leaves.
