Gia Lai Provincial Military Command held a conference on managing military areas for the last 6 months of 2025

(GLO)- On the afternoon of July 31, the Gia Lai Provincial Military Command (CHQS) held a conference on managing the stationed area for the last 6 months of 2025. Colonel Dinh Van The - Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command chaired the conference.

In recent times, agencies and units of the Provincial Military Command as well as Military Region 5 and the Ministry of National Defense stationed in the province have synchronously and effectively deployed coordination work to manage and guard the station.

In particular, in the context of many changes in organization and staffing according to the policies of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense, units have quickly stabilized their organizations, maintained order, and coordinated smoothly in patrolling, guarding, and protecting the safety of agencies, barracks, and warehouses.

The close coordination between units under the Ministry, the Military Region and the provincial armed forces has contributed to maintaining political security and social order and safety in the area, avoiding passivity and surprise in any situation.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and evaluating the situation and results of the work of stationing troops to guard and ensure security and safety of agencies and units; at the same time, they pointed out some shortcomings and limitations in coordinating patrols, guarding, managing soldiers and managing areas.

Representatives of units under the Ministry, Military Region and Provincial Military Command also spoke and proposed many practical contents, close to the actual situation, to improve the quality and effectiveness of guarding work in the coming time, in accordance with the new organizational model.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Colonel Dinh Van The highly appreciated the sense of responsibility, proactiveness and effective coordination of agencies and units in recent times.

At the same time, it is recommended that agencies and units continue to strictly implement directives and regulations on the work of building a regular order, managing and maintaining discipline, ensuring military safety and traffic safety.

Along with that, strengthen education, training, and raise awareness of responsibility for officers and soldiers; organize strict and disciplined military control activities; strictly maintain combat readiness, patrol, and guard to protect the safety of assigned targets, especially during the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.

In addition, regularly exchange information, grasp the situation, coordinate effectively with local Party committees, authorities and forces in the area to maintain political security, social order and safety, contributing to serving the socio-economic development tasks of the province in the coming time.
