With the continuous efforts, determination of the entire political system and flexible solutions in administrative reform (AR), focusing on administrative procedure reform (AP), up to now, Ky Anh Town has risen to 3rd place out of 13 districts, towns and cities, 4 places higher than in 2020. This result has contributed significantly to helping Ky Anh Town create an open and transparent business environment, improve investment attraction capacity, and promote socio-economic development.
To date, the locality has attracted 152 projects, including 56 foreign investment projects with registered capital of over 16 billion USD, 96 domestic investment projects with registered capital of over 55,000 billion VND. Many large domestic and foreign investors are researching and proposing investment such as: Mitsumitshi Group (Japan), Vingroup Group, HBRE Group, Nha Trang Bay Joint Stock Company...

Mr. Nguyen Hong Cuong - Head of the Internal Affairs Department of Ky Anh town informed: "Every year, the town issues plans to review, propose to reduce, simplify administrative procedures and implement the one-stop, one-stop mechanism in 11/11 communes and wards in the area. The rate of returning results of administrative procedures on time and before the deadline is increasing. The team of cadres and civil servants gradually improves their qualifications, capacity, responsibility and awareness of serving the people, contributing to improving the investment environment, creating more favorable conditions for organizations and people.
The results of the assessment of people and businesses' satisfaction with the services of State administrative agencies have increased over the years (in 2020, it reached 13/20 points; in 2021, it reached 13.93/15 points; in 2022, it reached 14.3/15 points), contributing to improving the town's administrative reform index over the years (in 2020, it ranked 7/13; in 2021, it ranked 6/13, especially in 2022, it ranked 3/13 in districts, cities, and towns).
Ky Anh town leaders organized a dialogue with businesses and workers to resolve related difficulties and problems.
Ms. Tran Thi Van Anh - Director of Ky Anh Town Public Administration Center said: "The process of handling investment procedures in the town has been improved, enterprises do not need to go to many agencies, departments and branches to carry out investment procedures but only need to submit documents and receive results at the Town Public Administration Center. The unit also focuses on checking and supervising the process of administrative procedure transactions between organizations, individuals and officers receiving documents and returning results closely, without any inconvenience or harassment.
Most businesses and people coming to perform administrative procedures at the center highly appreciate the service attitude of officials, civil servants, public employees and workers with the level of satisfaction and very satisfaction.

According to statistics from the Ky Anh Town Public Administration Center, from 2020 to August 2023, the unit received and processed 2,728 business license applications for households, most of which were processed quickly, 1-2 days earlier than prescribed.
The unit regularly coordinates with departments, offices, and units to review special administrative procedures related to the fields of land, investment, construction, etc. to successfully complete the task of guiding investors, businesses, and individuals, contributing to improving the investment and business environment of the town.
To attract investors, the locality must be proactive, seize opportunities, approach, and create the most favorable environment for businesses to feel secure and satisfied. Therefore, in recent times, Ky Anh Town has made continuous efforts, implemented many synchronous solutions, and mobilized the active participation of all levels and sectors to effectively carry out administrative reform.
