Implementing the National Target Program on New Rural Construction in the province, in 2023, the electricity sector will build 28 new 35kV transformer stations, 109 22kV transformer stations; renovate 15 35kV transformer stations, renovate 31 22kV transformer stations with a total capacity of 186,720 kVA. At the same time, renovate and upgrade 126,902 km of low-voltage lines to ensure electricity quality for daily life and production and business development of rural people, maintaining 100% of households using electricity regularly and safely.
Coming to Trung Ha commune (Yen Lac) these days, it is easy to see that the countryside has "changed dramatically", prosperity and peace are present in every village and hamlet.
The program of building advanced and exemplary new rural areas not only brings to the Trung Ha countryside a spacious and modern infrastructure of transportation, schools... but also invests in, upgrades, and renovations of the rural power grid infrastructure to meet the production and living needs of the people.
The wide paved and concrete roads connecting the villages and hamlets, along with decorative lights and brilliant lighting, create an increasingly prosperous and prosperous rural appearance.
Trung Ha Commune Party Secretary Tran Ngoc Thach said: Determining that developing the power grid infrastructure is an important driving force, "leading the way" to promote socio-economic development in the area, in recent years, Trung Ha has always paid attention to and actively coordinated with the electricity industry to exploit investment resources, upgrade and renovate the power grid system in the area.
Currently, the whole commune has 6 transformer stations, the transformer stations have full lightning protection equipment, grounding system and are periodically tested, low voltage lines are regularly maintained and repaired.
In 2023, the locality was approved for the Rural Lighting Project with a total investment of over 20 billion VND. Accordingly, the whole commune was installed with 15 km of lighting lines with 438 light bulbs on inter-village roads and alleys; decorative lights were installed at 9 welcome gates of villages, main roads of the commune, inter-village roads with nearly 200 LED bulbs... creating a new look and new atmosphere in the villages and alleys.
With the attention and direction of the province and the investment in the power grid system of the electricity industry, the power grid infrastructure in rural areas in the province has been upgraded and renovated to meet the needs of people's daily life and production and business.
From 2021 to June 2023, 18 communes registered for advanced NTM have invested in nearly 371 km of lighting lines for commune and village roads, ensuring that over 80% of the kilometers of commune and village roads have lighting systems that meet the requirements according to regulations, and 100% of alleys and hamlets have lighting.
Currently, 100% of communes in the province have electricity systems that meet technical and safety requirements; 100% of households have directly registered and are using electricity for daily life and production, ensuring safety, reliability and stability.
Promoting and maintaining the achievements in the new rural construction program; building a modern rural power grid infrastructure system, reducing power loss, meeting the demand for electricity use and socio-economic development in rural areas, in the Project to improve the quality of rural power grid infrastructure in Vinh Phuc province , the Provincial People's Committee requires rural electricity management organizations to mobilize legal resources to upgrade the rural low-voltage grid system; build low-voltage grid infrastructure in sync with projects; encourage wholesale and retail electricity organizations in rural areas to agree to invest in the construction of medium-voltage lines and distribution transformer stations to supply electricity and sell electricity according to regulations.
For the power grid after being invested, renovated and upgraded, it must ensure quality, stability and safety, meeting technical standards according to regulations. Coordinate with information, telecommunications and television units that share poles with the low-voltage power grid to organize the bundling, tidying up and moving positions of power poles and lines that are not arranged reasonably, encroaching on traffic corridors, causing traffic safety and affecting the aesthetics of the area...
Strive for the period 2025 - 2030, 100% of communes and towns to ensure electricity criteria in building new rural areas, advanced new rural areas, model cultural villages; 100% of organizations and units managing electricity sales in rural areas to complete digital transformation in electricity sales business activities.
