The results of these efforts are clearly demonstrated by the fact that 100% of the company's employees fully participate in all types of insurance; the working environment is increasingly improved, welfare regimes are guaranteed, especially the establishment of a fund to support workers during the epidemic with a total value of 320 million VND.

As one of the typical examples nationwide, Mr. Nguyen Van Thai, Chairman of the Trade Union of Au Lac Company Limited (Tuan Chau Group) learned from Uncle Ho in the spirit of "being unchanging, responding to all changes". A few years ago, the tourism and service industry was heavily affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. He proactively proposed to rearrange workers to support positions in the Tuan Chau Golf Course Project, thereby saving costs for the business and helping the company's workers not to lose their jobs. Those creative and flexible solutions have brought profound human values, demonstrating the mettle of a trade union official who studies and follows Uncle Ho in the new era.
Not only focusing on taking care of the material interests of workers, Mr. Thai is also the initiator of vibrant cultural and sports movements in the unit and the locality where the unit is located, contributing to uniting workers and building a healthy and progressive working environment. Mr. Thai believes that the union operates effectively when all programs are closely linked to the production, business and life goals of workers.
It is worth noting that many newly established grassroots unions have demonstrated their role as a solid bridge between workers and employers. One example is the World Honor Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Dong Mai Industrial Park) Union, which is a FDI enterprise with many differences in language and policies. Chairman of the company's Union Nguyen Hai Phuong has always persistently learned from Uncle Ho in listening and being close, thereby grasping the thoughts and aspirations of workers to promptly make recommendations to the enterprise and authorities. Thanks to that, working conditions at the company have been constantly improved, the rights of workers have always been guaranteed, and labor relations in the enterprise have become increasingly stable.
Similarly, at the Yazaki Hai Phong Company Limited Branch in Quang Ninh, Union Chairman Bui Duc Tung applied Uncle Ho's idea of "taking the people as the root" to persistently negotiate and build collective labor agreements at the highest level. 100% of employees participate in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance; welfare regimes are fully and publicly implemented. The company's union also pioneered the application of electronic administration, helping employees proactively look up policies, increasing transparency. Learning from Uncle Ho's innovation and creativity, to effectiveness in action, Mr. Tung and the Board of Directors Union Compliance has created great trust among employees, contributing to building a stable and sustainable business.
It is no coincidence that for many years, Quang Ninh has always been the locality with the lowest number of disputes and strikes in the country. This achievement has the persistent contribution of the grassroots trade union cadres, who not only learn from Uncle Ho in ideology, but more importantly, in concrete actions and deeds.
To encourage and motivate exemplary union officials, the Provincial Federation of Labor often year organized the 28/7 Award, with a clear criteria system to recognize excellent grassroots union chairmen. This is not only a reward, but also a motivation for each union official to constantly practice, improve themselves, and spread good values in the working community.
