To ensure that the organization of the election of village and residential area chiefs is correct, complete, and strict, and truly a festival of the village and residential area, the People's Committee of Cam Giang district coordinates with the district Fatherland Front Committee to guide and direct the People's Committees and Fatherland Front Committees of communes and towns to step up propaganda about the election. Establish a district working group to guide and inspect the organization and implementation of the election of village and residential area chiefs in communes and towns.

The district also established a team to review personnel introduced by the grassroots Party Committee. The Party Committees of communes and towns established a steering committee to elect village and residential area heads, headed by the Party Secretary of the commune or town; directed the village and residential area heads to prepare reports and organize the elections.

Before Cam Giang district, on July 21, 2024, Chi Linh city organized simultaneous elections for village and residential area chiefs in 1 day with a voter turnout of more than 97.4%.
