Do a good job of consulting
With her lively, agile and friendly demeanor, Ms. Ha Thi Thuy Ha is trusted and loved by her friends and colleagues. For many years, Ms. Ha has always tried her best to complete the assigned tasks well, especially playing an important role in advising and helping the Standing Committee of the District Labor Federation to effectively carry out many areas of trade union work.
In addition to advising the Standing Committee to issue plans and programs to direct grassroots trade unions to coordinate with the government to organize propaganda and activities to respond to major holidays of the year; to effectively ensure political security and social order and safety in the district, in 2023-2024, she advised the Standing Committee and Executive Committee to organize 234 inspections on trade union financial work; chaired 2 supervisions according to Decision 217-QD/TW of the Politburo at 4 units.
Ms. Thuy Ha shared: “To do a good job of advisory work, I often work closely with the grassroots by directly and indirectly participating in propaganda activities, mobilizing union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers to carry out emulation movements and campaigns. Through that, I grasp the thoughts, feelings, and aspirations of union members and laborers to help the advisory work be accurate and appropriate to the actual situation of the locality and unit.”
Performing well the advisory work, she has contributed with the District Labor Federation to issue hundreds of decisions on approving the executive committee, union officer positions, rewards for 75 affiliated trade unions and many documents guiding all levels of unions to well implement the activities and directions of the higher-level unions...
According to the Standing Committee of the Tay Hoa District Labor Federation, thanks to her close relationship with the grassroots and her diligence in researching policies and regimes related to the rights of union members and workers, Ms. Ha Thi Thuy Ha has made many positive contributions to the advisory work as well as the activities of the union. In particular, she is very interested in and always accompanies union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
Accompanying the disadvantaged workers
For many years, Ms. Ha Thi Thuy Ha and the Standing Committee of the Tay Hoa District Labor Federation have effectively carried out many areas of trade union work, promoting the representative role in caring for the lives and protecting the rights and interests of union members and workers.
At the Tet reunion programs, from socialized sources and support from higher-level trade unions, the Standing Committee of the Tay Hoa District Labor Federation presented hundreds of gifts to cadres, workers, civil servants, and laborers. Of which, nearly 60 gifts were for difficult cases, those with serious illnesses, and poor students with a total value of nearly 35 million VND.
At the same time, the Standing Committee of the District Labor Federation proposed that the Provincial Labor Federation consider and support the construction of a Trade Union Shelter for 1 union member with an amount of 60 million VND; award 2 scholarships to children of union members with difficult circumstances who strive to study well in the 2023-2024 school year, each worth 1 million VND.
The quality of conferences of cadres, civil servants, public employees, conferences of workers and dialogues at the workplace at affiliated units is always ensured in accordance with regulations. She and the Standing Committee personally directed 100% of the Executive Committees of the Trade Unions to coordinate with the leaders to organize well the conferences of cadres, civil servants and workers. Through that, enterprises and cooperatives in the district have well implemented Resolution 7c/NQ-BCH dated February 25, 2016 of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on the quality of workers' meals. Specifically, Thanh Trung Corporation has implemented the increase of workers' meals with a support level of 30,000 VND/person.
Having grown up as a union accountant and then been elected to the standing committee for many terms, Ms. Thuy Ha is a person with a lot of experience in the work. As an advisor, she actively contributes, helping the Standing Committee of the District Labor Federation to issue documents and decisions in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations, contributing to the overall achievements of the district labor union over the past many years.

The work of developing union members has always been focused on by her and the district union, attracting workers to voluntarily join the union organization. In 2023 alone, the district Labor Federation will develop a plan to establish 2 new grassroots unions, achieving 200% of the target assigned by the province and developing 135 new union members; 100% of affiliated grassroots unions will deploy, log in to the union member management software and exchange union membership cards.
In addition, in order to improve the capacity and professional skills of the union staff, also in 2023, she proposed that the Standing Committee coordinate with the District Political Center to organize a training course on trade union work for 240 union officials to participate; at the same time, coordinate with the Traffic Safety Committee, the Provincial Propaganda and Women's Committee to organize training courses on traffic safety, communication on population and gender equality, trade union finance work, etc.
