Specifically, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor urged and directed the direct superior trade union to summarize the activities of the Inspection Committee in 2024 and develop the Inspection Work Program for 2025; establish a financial and public asset inspection team at 13/13 direct superior trade unions and units under the Provincial Federation of Labor. The Inspection Committees at all levels conducted 416 inspections of compliance with the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union, including 383 inspections at the same level and 33 inspections at the lower level.
Caring for the lives and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers has always been a concern. Since the beginning of the year, from union funds and socialized sources, unions at all levels have given more than 3,200 gifts, worth nearly 1.9 billion VND, to people in difficult circumstances.
The Provincial Federation of Labor coordinated with the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to organize the program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Deng 2025". On this occasion, leaders of the Party, Government, Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Vietnam General Confederation of Labor visited and presented more than 230 gifts to workers, laborers, and people in difficult circumstances with a total value of more than 400 million VND; coordinated with the Provincial National Assembly Delegation to organize the presentation of 100 gifts worth 50 million VND to union members and laborers working at Nguyen Hung Company Limited and Viet Sun Phu Yen - a branch of Viet Sun Investment Joint Stock Company.
The direct superior trade union at the grassroots level and the affiliated trade unions also have many activities to take care of the lives of union members and workers such as giving Tet gifts, banh chung wrapping competitions, performing arts, bai choi festivals, boat racing... creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere among union members and workers.
