As planned, on December 28, the Thua Thien - Hue Province Property Auction Service Center will organize an auction of the land plot at 5 Le Loi Street, located next to the Huong River and close to the 5-star AZERAI Hotel.
This land was auctioned by Thua Thien - Hue in the form of land use right lease with a starting price of nearly 823.9 million VND/year (excluding other taxes and fees as prescribed). The usable area of the land is 8,012.3 m2.
The auction winner will be leased land for 10 years to build a high-end tourist service area (no accommodation) with a height of 1 floor, total investment of about 19.7 billion VND, serving capacity of about 150 guests/time; in harmony with the surrounding area, creating a highlight on the southern bank of the Huong River.
According to VTC News reporters, the land plot at 5 Le Loi (Hue City) is currently just a vacant lot. However, this is a "prime" land plot because it is located on Le Loi Street - the most developed area of Hue City (located between the luxury hotel Azerai La Residence and the 11.5 m planned road along the Huong River, next to the Hue Academy of Music). In particular, the land plot has a beautiful landscape as it is located right next to the poetic Huong River.
Also according to the plan, on December 29, Thua Thien - Hue province will also organize an auction of a "golden" house and land area of 7,081.5 m2 at 8-10 Phan Boi Chau Street and 19 Nguyen Hue Street (Hue City).
The land plot at 8-10 Phan Boi Chau Street (Hue City) was the old headquarters of the Department of Transport of Thua Thien - Hue. Since the Department was moved to a new location in the Centralized Administrative Area, most of the area of this house and land has been left vacant.
Meanwhile, the land and housing area at 19 Nguyen Hue Street is the headquarters of Thua Thien - Hue Road Joint Stock Company 1.
Currently, the residential area at 19 Nguyen Hue Street (Hue City) is completely abandoned.
The total construction area of the two above-mentioned land plots is 2,218.7 m2, floor area is 3,794.2 m2. Both were auctioned for the purpose of building a commercial complex, service, 4-5 star luxury hotel with a scale of 80-100 rooms with a total investment of more than 675 billion VND.
The land plot at 19 Nguyen Hue (Hue City) was auctioned off along with the auction of public assets. The remaining value of this asset was returned to the enterprise whose land was recovered from the person to whom the State allocated or leased the land through auction according to regulations.
It is known that the starting price for the auction of the two land plots at 8-10 Phan Boi Chau and 19 Nguyen Hue (Hue City) is nearly 231 billion VND. Of which, more than 220 billion VND is for the auction of land use rights transfer in the form of 50-year land lease with one-time payment for the entire lease period. Nearly 8.9 billion VND of the value of the assets on the land includes the value of the assets that must be returned to Thua Thien - Hue Road 1 Joint Stock Company.
