Among the issues of concern to many businesses is the implementation of procedures related to land use planning, construction permits for projects, etc. According to some businesses, the newly established communes and wards in Dong Nai province should clearly and publicly disclose procedures related to land, planning, construction, and other areas. Businesses also hope that the division of authority between the commune and provincial levels will be more specific. This way, businesses and citizens will know which projects, in terms of scale, fall under the jurisdiction of the commune-level People's Committee and which provincial-level People's Committee for approval, so they can contact the relevant authorities accordingly.
Furthermore, businesses and citizens hope that the new People's Committees of communes, wards, and provinces will provide detailed and specific guidance on each aspect of administrative procedures related to land, planning, and construction, so that everything can proceed smoothly. Streamlined procedures will facilitate economic development for businesses and households, contributing more to economic growth. After the merger of Dong Nai and Binh Phuoc , the new Dong Nai will have over 70,000 businesses.
