On December 4th, the People's Committee of Hoa Binh Ward, in coordination with the Hoa Binh Area Project Management Board, the Ward's Fatherland Front Committee, and other relevant units, organized a campaign to raise awareness and encourage households with land and assets located within the initial section of the project to comply with and cooperate in the land clearance process; and to conduct cadastral mapping based on the current land use status of the land parcels and assets at kilometer markers Km0+00÷Km0+220 of the project connecting Tran Hung Dao Street to Dan Chu Ward and National Highway 6.

This is the initial section of the project that has not yet been implemented due to difficulties in land clearance. The road project connecting Tran Hung Dao Street to Dan Chu Ward and linking to National Highway 6 has a total length of 4.4km and is invested by the Hoa Binh Area Project Management Board. To date, the project is approximately 60% complete.

Authorities are stepping up efforts to raise public awareness and encourage cooperation in the land clearance process for the project connecting Tran Hung Dao Street to Dan Chu Ward and linking to National Highway 6.

The placement of land acquisition markers and the extraction of cadastral maps are crucial for accurately determining and marking the boundaries of land to be acquired for the project. This provides a legal basis for compensation, support, relocation, and construction; it also determines the detailed boundaries, area, and land use purpose of the land parcel, serving land management and legal transactions. Simultaneously, it accelerates the project's progress, ensuring completion on schedule and contributing to the improvement of the transportation system connecting the center of Hoa Binh ward and National Highway 6.
