Extract of cadastral map of the project Road connecting from Tran Hung Dao Street to Dan Chu Ward connecting with National Highway 6

On December 4, the People's Committee of Hoa Binh Ward coordinated with the Hoa Binh Area Project Management Board, the Ward Fatherland Front Committee and related units to organize propaganda and mobilize households with land and assets on land, located within the scope of the first section of the project, to comply and coordinate to implement the site clearance stake-laying; extract cadastral maps according to the current land use status of land plots and assets on land at the route Km0+00÷Km0+220 of the Road project connecting Tran Hung Dao Street to Dan Chu Ward connecting with National Highway 6.

This is the first section of the project that has not been implemented yet due to problems in site clearance. The road project connecting Tran Hung Dao Street to Dan Chu Ward connecting to National Highway 6 has a total length of 4.4km, invested by the Hoa Binh Regional Project Management Board. Up to now, the project has completed about 60%.

The authorities have stepped up propaganda to the people to coordinate in implementing the site clearance for the Road Project connecting Tran Hung Dao Street to Dan Chu Ward connecting with National Highway 6.

The placement of GPMB stakes, the extraction of cadastral maps to determine and accurately mark the boundaries of the land recovered for the project, creating a legal basis for compensation, support, relocation and construction; determining in detail the boundaries, area, and land use purpose of the land plot, serving land management and legal transactions. At the same time, speeding up the project implementation progress, ensuring completion on schedule, contributing to the completion of the traffic system connecting the center of Hoa Binh ward and National Highway 6.
